DO SIMPLE STRETCHING EXERCISES: Excercise are safe during pregnancy, is does not raise the risk of the miscarriage, you should consult with your health care advisor before starting any new stretching exercise routines. You should exercise for about 30 minutes daily, it can really give you the health benefits during pregnancy.

14. TAKE A REGULAR MORNING WALK: Daily walk for 15-20 minutes in the morning, it will provide you a physical fitness, it help to achieve healthy baby, it lowers the risk of gestational diabetes, lowers the risk of pre-eclampsia, it reduces stress, increases the chances of normal delivery gives comfort and relieves aches and discomforts.
